If your fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures you get back to looking your best in no time.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
